Making the Transition from Staff Member to Supervisor

This Learning Lab aims to equip staff members transitioning to a supervisor role with essential skills and insights to lead and manage teams effectively. 

Designed for those stepping into supervisory roles, this interactive session will help you begin to examine the skills and insights needed to navigate the exciting transition with confidence.  The session will include a presentation, interactive polls, short video clips, and brief discussions to keep encourage active learning.

Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the training.
