Understanding Neurodiversity

It is more important than ever to raise awareness about neurodiversity, promote inclusion, and provide actionable strategies for supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. In this new Learning Lab, we will focus on fostering understanding, reducing stigma, and creating environments that embrace neurodiverse strengths.

By the end of the training, participants will:

-Understand the concept of neurodiversity and recognize common neurodivergent conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism, dyslexia).
-Develop an awareness of the strengths and challenges that neurodivergent individuals may experience.
-Learn how to foster a more inclusive and supportive work environment for neurodiverse employees.
-Gain practical strategies for communication, accommodations, and flexibility.

Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the training.
